This is a step-by-step, professionally structured program designed to give you clarity, confidence, and coaching capability.

You’ll go through 7 transformational modules, each focused on a core coaching concept or system. Every module is designed to be highly practical, so you walk away ready to coach — not just consume content.

📚 Each lesson includes:

• 🎥 A training video to guide your learning step-by-step
• 📄 Accompanying content and reading material to reinforce the key ideas
• 🧠 A downloadable mind map that captures the most important concepts, tools, and frameworks — all in one visual overview to support deeper learning and easy revision

At the end of each module, you’ll complete a short quiz to help lock in what you’ve learned.

✅ An 80% pass rate is required to progress — but you can always retry

At the end of Module 7, you’ll complete your final assessment and unlock your official ACU Certification, recognizing you as a Certified Habit & Accountability Coach (Core Practitioner Level).

🎓 What Happens After Certification?

Once you’ve completed all 7 modules, passed all required quizzes, and received your certification, you’ll become eligible to apply for an official partnership with ACU.

This is your opportunity to become a contracted ACU Partner Coach — where you’ll be assigned real clients from our referral network and begin earning as part of our global coaching team.

📝 The ACU Partnership Application Process:

• ✅ You’ll be invited to complete a post-certification partner application
• 🎙️ If shortlisted, you’ll be scheduled for a live interview with the ACU team (including our Kenya-based partner and leadership team)
• 🧠 During the interview, we’ll assess:
  • Your understanding of key concepts from the Core Practitioner program
  • Your communication and interpersonal skills
  • Your professionalism, presence, and tone
  • Scenario-based responses to gauge how you handle real coaching situations
  • Your ability to apply what you’ve learned — not just recall facts

⚠️ Important:

This program is not just about passing quizzes.
We are building a team of coaches with depth, integrity, and real impact — not checkbox certifications.

Throughout the course, we include optional scenario-based reflection questions. Serious candidates are expected to complete and reflect on these. They aren’t graded, but they deepen your understanding and prepare you for real coaching challenges.

We also have access to every student’s portal activity, including:

• Time spent in modules
• Quiz engagement and reattempts
• Completion of content and downloads
• Overall consistency and effort

This data may be reviewed during your application to assess your commitment, reliability, and learning mindset.
